Inform Audience of Donors & Supporters Who We Will Serve Together:
Our Children
Pajama Program provides new books and new pajamas to children in need, many who are waiting and hoping to be adopted
These children live in various settings including group homes, shelters and temporary housing and are shuffled often from one place to another
Many of these children have been abandoned, abused or neglected
Most of these children have never enjoyed the simple comfort of having a mother or father tuck them in at bedtime with warm, clean pajamas and a bedtime story
Some of the children we serve are living with their families below the poverty level, in desperate need of food, clothing and shelter

Complimentary Partner: Scholastic, Book Partner
Thanks to the generosity of Scholastic Books, Pajama Program is able to distribute more books to more children each year as our reading and literacy programs grow. Scholastic has supported Pajama Program since 2007. They have donated hundreds of thousands of children’s and young adult books from their vast portfolio of beloved titles and authors. Because a soothing and calming book at bedtime can make for sweet dreams and restful sleep for a child in distress, we are proud to list Scholastic as Pajama Program’s lead children’s book partner, committed to helping us reach One Million Good Nights goal.
