• The Life Cycle of a frog begins with five stages Of Metamorphosis.
1. The Egg (surrounded by a clear layer that absorbs in water and as time goes by thickens protecting the yoke of the egg).

• The egg begins to hatch in 4-5 days.• The larvae emerges forming into a Tadpole.• Tadpoles have jaws that allow, gills, and tiny
eyes that grows larger as the tadpole enlarges.• Parts of a Tadpole:1. Eye2. Muscular tail3. Spout

• The Tadpole slowly begins to change into an Adult Tadpole after 5 weeks and begins to have even more frog like characteristics.
• Forming hind legs• Horny lips • “Elbows” begin to sprout out.• The tails becomes smaller.• And the lungs becomes almost fully developed;
preparing the frog to live on land or water.

• Frogs are Amphibians. (Cold-blooded animals)

• The next stage is a Froglet.• The adult tadpoles legs are even stronger.• The tail becomes much shorter.• The lungs are almost fully functioning.• The frogs mouth widens.• The frog looses its jaws and after 11 full weeksThe froglet becomes an adult frog.
