Top 10 Ways Our Courses Help.

We love to hear feedback – it inspires us to keep on training to the highest possible standards. Here

are 10 of the many ways you tell us our courses have helped:

1) Teaching helpful techniques - Many clients agree that they have learned invaluable skills and

techniques through our training. One client writes of PTT Train the Trainer: “It has taught me many

techniques improving my training and engagement skills, which will also benefit me in other areas.”

2) Filling you with confidence - It is not always easy to muster confidence in your abilities 100% of

the time, but we train in a way that helps to build you up. Christina writes: "This has to be the best

course I have ever attended. Ralph gives you confidence and empowers.”

3) Brilliantly motivating – We put belief and energy into our sessions, so that everyone feels just like

Ami, who said: “Course was like a breath of fresh air! Ralph was fantastic, full of energy, really did

motivate everyone.”

4) Guiding tangible progress – With our courses you can actually feel the improvement. As Nicola

remarks: “It was wonderful to see the progression of participants from one day to the next.”

5) Helping conquer career fears – There is never any need to feel alone with a career problem on our

course. Our training helps participants face up to skills issues they may have been avoiding, or be at

a loss about dealing with. Just as Amy says: “Everything was enjoyable even the scary parts! Using all

those new techniques tomorrow.”

6) Genuinely helping with public speaking – Many people, even confident ones, dread the idea of

having to talk to groups of people. We address this where appropriate, which some participants, like

Laura, have found life changing: “[I]felt really comfortable standing up in front of the group

(something I never thought I would do)! I have since delivered 3 presentations… in front of around

20 people and… a presentation to around 80 managers and training providers.”

7) Structuring learning and ideas – We make learning fun and feed information intelligently. Paul

agrees “Clearly structured and very engaging. Lots and lots of reinforcement cleverly integrated into

learning activities.”

8) Recharging your enthusiasm – Many participants have been delighted with the ‘buzz’ they have

felt from our course. As Alan says: “Ralph’s enthusiasm and delivery was infectious and rubbed off

on the group as a whole.”

9) Personalising our approach – Everyone is different. We take care to treat delegates as individuals

as well as an important part of the group. Ian notes: ““The presenter was excellent and identified

each person’s pace.”

10) Supports Lifelong Learning - We equip participants with tools for life. Paul sums it up best by

saying “I learned things that I’ll still be using decades from now.”
