ConclusionsA high percentage of
university graduates has not found employment after completing their studies
(40%).
Almost half of young graduates are not currently
conducting any general training to increase their
employability.
Having had some employment during the studies makes
finding a job after the university stage, and reduces
the time to obtain the first job.
Those young graduates who have worked after obtaining
their degrees, only 7% chosed self-employment compared to 93% that was employed.
Nearly half of those who preferred to work as an
employee wished to work in the public sector.
37% of respondents prefer not having to change Autonomous Region or Country.
The percentage of users of career guidance services is high and it is perceived that
existing services are sufficient.
