The Best Start Network began the Results Based Accountability (RBA) process by determining Results for Children and Families.

The Network chose “Headline Indicators” to measure the progress toward these results. The goal is to identify indicators that:
• Communicate well
• Tell us something of central importance about the result
• For which good information is available

The Community Results are not the work of the Network alone, but rely on many partners and stakeholders to achieve this level of change.
The Goals are the Networks contribution to achieving the Results. Goals describe what the Network wants to achieve.
