MAINTENANCE & BUILDINGSERVICES STRUCTURE

We have been reviewing the way we deliver maintenance and operate building services to the University. In order to meet the challenges of providing a transparent, accountable and customer focused service we are making a number of changes to the way in which we deliver our service.

The rst of these changes is to establish a new team structure within Maintenance & Building Services, which will be e ective from 1st August 2016. The following outlines the sta ng structures, the roles these posts will carry out and key sta contacts.
