Applying CC licenses to your
work
Key information (So licensees know how to
attribute you)
• Your name (however you’d like to be credited)
• Title of work
• URL of the work (if applicable)
• Which CC license it’s under (include URL or
link)
bit.ly/ccmarking
Publishing on YouTube
YouTube only offers a CC BY license.
Modifications may be noted in credits and
description.
Note: search results, etc will not be filtered by
more elaborate CC licenses. If you are
concerned about infringement by others,
please clearly license your work or use
another platform.
