REQUIREMENTS• Be a registered Varsity Scout team member• Actively participate in either a Venture or Varsity
activity• Attend at least 75% of meetings for three
consecutive months.• Satisfy the Varsity Scout Coach that they know &
live by the Scout Oath and Law. • The “V” may be worn on official Scout Jacket or
bottom front of merit badge sash.
