Vatika The Seven Lamps Gurgaon

The Seven Lamps is a part of the Vatika India Next township at Sector 82, Gurgaon. This architecturally

inspired building will rise majestically from its neighbourhood to create a new landmark and define a

new sky-line – which will be visible from far and wide. There are seven towers - which feature choices of

2, 2+study, 3+study, 3+s and 4+s bedroom and few penthouses.

The entry to the development is from a 24m wide road, which has the convenience shopping and public

plaza area located next to it. Beyond the plaza, the entry to the complex will be manned by a security

gate house to control the traffic and pedestrian movement in and out of the complex. This entrance

driveway will lead to a landscaped arrival court, from where roads will branch off to the various towers

and the amenities.

The club is located adjacent to this arrival court, with its own drop-off and parking. The club is designed

very meticulously to strike a balance between necessity and luxury. The various components of the club
