Service Agreement and DBO Project Delivery



IGF oil water separation units typically form part of a treatment train to reduce free oil and

solids by 90-95% with maximum inlet concentrations of 300 mg/l of free oil and less than 150

mg/l of total suspended solids.

The AutoFlot separator may be a self-contained system with its own controls, or it could be

equipped with transmitters to send signals to a control panel that oversees a complete

treatment system.

Currently, the largest hydraulic IGF unit produced is operating in Alberta to support a current

SAGD project. It is rated at a capacity of 932 m3/hr (4,092 GPM) with 95% oil removal efficiency.

Power Clean Nutshell filters are unparalled in removing suspended solids and hydrocarbons from

produced water or any water source. They are equally effective for the treatment of suspended

solids, oily residues, ash, and metallic hydroxides from industrial liquids.

The Power Clean difference includes:

> Designed flux rate of 12.5 to 15.0 gpm / ft allows for smaller

and fewer filter requirements and uses less floor space

Silica Sorption technology is effective for processing and disposal of brines with high concentrations

of silica and other scaling constituents. The Silica Sorption Process, when utilized with evaporation,

offers a more cost-effective, safer, and environmentally friendly method of disposing of evaporator

concentrate.

> Reduced chemical consumption, minimizing operating costs> Management of Calcium and Magnesium allows use of high hardness, saline make-up water

> Evaporator concentrate is suitable for cost-effective on-site / off-site disposal or ZLD
