DROP-IN ORGANIZATION
▪ Preparation: Tools, materials, safety equipment, maps, and radios pre-packed into work vans.
▪ Whiteboard: Welcomes volunteers and lists each project.
▪ Clipboards : Allows volunteers to sign up for projects, and leaders to make notes about the project.
▪ Waivers : Provided to those who are volunteering for the first time this year.

7:00 am – Begin packing and fueling vans
7:45 am – Greet volunteers arriving at Park HQ
8:15 am – Welcome speech and project overview
8:30 am – Depart to worksite
10:15 am – Snack break
11:15 – 11:45 am – Pack up tools and depart for Park HQ
12:00 pm – Arrive at Park HQ
