We are the pioneers of the fuel polishing industry, and that intuitive understanding of the issues of fuel is at the heart of any WASP PFS system; as is an understanding of the requirement not only to keep that fuel clean, but how to achieve it with minimal fuss. We know there is a choice in the fuel cleaning market, so why should you consider a WASP system? Well for starters we are the market leaders in fuel cleaning technology, and have been supplying fuel cleaning systems for longer than anyone else. We are the largest suppliers in Europe for these systems, and our experience in this market means we are years ahead of other systems in terms of technology, performance and functionality. Our patented centrifugal cleaning process, coupled with our ability to remove emulsified water from fuel, means we stand out in the market – no other system can offer these features. Then there is the anti-bacterial function. Not only do we control and remove the live bacterial content, but we also neutralise any small bacterial matter that is left. Moreover, our 2 micron cleaning system, in tandem with our innovative and unique Absolute Polishing™ stages will remove the bacterial at a cellular level. Automatic water drain A way to eject water from the system, without stopping it. The
system can then eject the water into a suitable container, without the main pump stopping.

Absolute Polishing ™ option Absolute polishing ™ is a final stage, ultra-fine filtration process. Its anti-bacterial action cleans fuel to hitherto unheard-of levels. Manufactured from 316 stainless steel, this offers 0.5 micron absolute or 1 micron absolute final stage filtration and it is available for all models in the range. This allows your WASP PFS fuel polishing system to remove particulate, dirt, bacteria and other microscopic contamination at beta 5000 level.

Custom Built Systems We have the capability to custom build systems to your own specific requirements. If our standard range is not quite what you are looking for, please contact us and ask about our custom-built service. The image to the right shows a unit of a data centre. The customer requested full redundancy; hence this system has two of each stage, including with two complete distinct filtration paths. It cleans at 60 litres per minute, is 220v 50hz 1ph powered (drawing roughly 12a) and is mounted in a stainless steel frame. It has automated ball valves, allowing this one machine to clean 4 separate fuel tanks. It also has an integrated water tank, pressure relief system, is fully monitored and as with all our systems can be remotely controlled and monitored via BMS. As it was installed in a tight area, there is space on the unit to allow for servicing. Fully PLC controlled, with integrated, monitored drip tray. The unit is covered in sensors with roughly 25 different sensing points, all monitoring the systems performance and operation. Below are a selection of other custom-built units, these include duty standby pumps, automated ball vales, special frames, and a unit built into a lorry which was capable of cleaning fuel at 1600 litres per minute (96,000 litres per hour)
