If your group becomes separated? Go to the large Red Brick information point at the centre of the show. Our security staff will take a description of the lost person and where they were last seen. TOP TIP: Use your phone to take a full length picture of your party when you all arrive at the show! Stay at our meeting point until our Security team re-unite you.
Lost ParentHelp us reunite you more easily; Write YOUR name and number on one of our FREE wristbands available by the entrance (not your child’s name) Attach the wristband securely to your child’s wrist If your child becomes lost, we can easily get in touch with you!
