pass welding, multi-wire welding and narrow gap welding for many types low alloy steel constructions.
102 is a fluoride-basic type flux, on account of its high basicity, the weld metal is extremely resistant to
cracking, its metallurgical behavior is neutral, welding current can be up to 1000A.It present stable arc, and good appearance
bead, slag removal is better, weld metal provide good mechanical properties.
Description: Agglomerate fluoride-basic type flux, which grain size is from 2.0-0.45mm(Mesh 10-40) It
can produce more weld metal on account of its slight bulk density and decrease the consumption of flux.101

Application: Combined with proper solid wires and flux cored wires (H1Cr13,H1Cr13Ni6,H0Cr14Ni2MnA,
H0Cr13Ni5Mo,H25Cr3MnMoVA,H3Cr2W8V,THYD047 etc,it is suited for welding of heat resistance steel and
stainless steel.It is preferable use on rolls,shafts,special tool steel for repair and hard surfacing.The weld metal is
extremely resistant to punchy abrasions,impact abrasions,and heat corrosion.107 can be used to produce transition
layers in hard-surfacing also. So it is a multi-function flux.
Description:
Applications: With H10Mn2,H08MnA,H08Mn2MoA,H10Mn2MoVA etc wire,it can be used on welding of low
carbon steel and low alloy steel,such as shipbuilding,boilers,pressure vessels.
350 is agglomerated calcium-silicate type flux.There are two types grain size be offered.One is from 2.5-
0.45(mesh 8-40),another is 1.18-0.18mm (mesh 14-80).It can be used on either DC or AC,it produces good welding
performance with little loss of Mn and Si in the weld metal.
Description: 107 is a special agglomeratd flux,which belong to fluoride-basic type with high basicity,grain
size is2.0-0.45mm(mesh 10- 40).It is used on DC up to 800A,buck density is low with correspondingly and
low flux consumption.It can produce pure weld metal.Owing to its metallurgical is neutral,the loss of alloy
contents is lower in welding.It presents good character, clean and beauty weld bead and slag removal is easy,
especially at high temperature.

Carbon rods are non-metal product as a kind of essential consumables before welding in the carbon arc gouging crafts which is made of carbon, graphite and proper adhesive through extrusion moulding and copper plating with 2200℃ baking . High-temperature resistance ,excellent conductivity and unbreakable characteristic is suitable to cut metal into required shape.
For gouging,cuttingand boring holes.
For cutting, removal of weldments or castings of the flash, burrs and other protrusions. Repair and manufacture of molds.
