Why do we care?
• If the Job Data and/or Benefit Flag have not been fixed then any other Job Data change will trigger another MSC event to appear on your report with the same issue.
• ICI Annual Category changes and Open Enrollment will drive the employee into the incorrect benefit program.

Effective Date should be:• At time of hire override the default effective
date for dependents to the employee date of hire. Current default is the event effective date.
• If the employee has no dependent at the time of hire then use UW System Follow Life Events Chart for reference on the OHRWD Administration area: http://www.uwsa.edu/ohrwd/admin/

• Verify Job Data and Benefit Flag is correctly setup
• Remember to run Populate Eligibility Config process on any changes to Job Data and Flag before processing events
• Reprocess the event back to “Assign Program” to pickup the changes made to Job Data and Benefit Flags
