Mr. Abhay chandalia is the founding Director cum CEO of White Collars. He is based in Delhi.
In addition to managing, guiding and giving the strategic directions to White Collars, he is driving the firm in to newer sectors such as Medical, education and Infrastructure and is transforming the recruitment firm into complete HR solutions firms. He is easy going, religious and very socially involved in various forums such as Terapanth professional forum and couple of NGO.
He is member of ICAI and ICSI. He has over 17 year of varied experience across the sectors like Education, Infrastructure and BFSI. His earlier stint had been with renowned companies like Elin electronics Ltd., Zuari Industries Ltd. (KK Birla group), SKIL Group (Nikhil Gandhi group) and L N Mittal Group.

Mr. Vikash Jain is the founding Director of White Collars.
Vikash possess widespread exposure of Banking, Financial services and Insurance (BFSI) industry and also in start up companies. He brings along immense experience in BFSI sectors in identifying and prospecting for senior management talent and in successfully executing confidential searches.
