Business executives usually know what needs to be done but it is

hard to get the good ideas out of their heads and into ours.

The challenges are many and complex:

Poor strategy articulation models

Low levels of strategy fidelity

Underestimation the power of context and culture

Lack of well-defined strategy implementation and management

process

Business architects have a significant opportunity to help their

organizations clarify strategy by applying a few simple models

Business architects also have an opportunity to design, implement,

and manage their organization’s S2E process and become integral
