Ideas to Care for Ourselves- Give yourself permission
- Breaks – take them, move, stretch, breathe
- Schedule time before and after meetings to prepare and wrap up
- Schedule time on your calendar for a lunch break
- Nutritious foods/beverages – bring to work, when going out, potlucks, catering, fruit/nut jar
- Building relationships – invite others to join you, offer help
- Physical activity – leave a comfortable pair of shoes/clothes at work, go on walking meetings, consider active transportation to work
- Reduce waste/printing (double-sided)
- Environmental space (organized, greenery, etc.)
- Recruitment, hiring, onboarding, engagement, professional development, performance management processes
