Vehicles transport material and equipment from Hanoi to the project area caused exhausted air to the environment. Oil leakage from vehicles and construction machines can affect quality of soil Be able to
and water, especially in rainy season. This leakage oil can affect surrounding area minimize
through the overflow rain water. However, amount of oil is very small because
amount of construction machine is not much and they have to obey standards of

will increase traffic density and will increase the risk oftraffic jam.
Therefore, there need to implement mitigation methods to avoid traffic
jam. --

works of transporting materials (such as equipment, poles, concrete, sand,
stone ... ) with big density will make thes~ road degrade.
There are some storehouses and grounds need to be built temporary in order to contain materials and equipment. Construction camp will be built for workers. Construction camp and materials storehouses can affect the health and safety of local inhabitants and workers by the unsafe keeping of
construction materials and equipments.

In construction stage, there are from 30 to ~O workers work in project site. I B: ~bl~ to In fact, only 50% of them from other locahty, the other workers are local mmlmlze
people, who hired to do hand works, and they come back home after work
time. The worker from other locality will live in construction camps and
they arise waste-water and rubbish. But the waste water and rubbish is
small because the number of worker living here is form 15 to 25 people. Construction process in each commune is short time (the largest time is 2
months). The amount of waste is 30 liters of waste-water and lkg of waste
substance. So, there need to implement mitigation method to decrease
impact on environment. ---1-' ~.

construction process in each commune is short (2 months). Beside
usually social impact causing by workers, there is private impact of custom and tradition. However, there can mitigate this impact by having
suitable mitigation methods .
When constructing works, may be some accidents occur to workers
or local people such as fall down, serious injures, slightly injures ... or
construction materials fall from high floors to peole in ground.
