Downloading the Grade Center Spreadsheet

Open e-Campus in Mozilla Firefox or Chrome.

Have a place ready to save your file either on a flash drive, portable hard drive or in the cloud.

Navigate to the class you want the information from.

Open the Full Grade Center

Click on the Grade Center button

Click on the “Full Grade Center” line on the drop down menu

Work Offline

Click on the “Work Offline” button

Select “Download” from the dropdown menu.

Download Grades

Even though there are no grades at the beginning of the course, this is the next step

Just a roster for attendance sheet, click “Selected Column”

All the grades, click “Full Grade Center”

Click “Submit” Either/Or

Download

Click “Download”

Excel File

File will download as Excel file, sort of…

IMPORTANT!

Be sure to save as “Excel Workbook”!

Use the drop down menu

Default is “Unicode Text”

Change to Excel workbook

Drop down

menu

Done…

File is now ready to be modified as desired

Now save your file to your flash drive, portable hard disk or cloud/network service.
