Notes: You can switch the time indication between the 12-hour system and the 24-hour system by
pressingthe DISP/MENU button whileyou aresettingthe hour or minute. You can changethe order othedate indication by pressingthe DISP/MENU button whileyou

When you installbatteries forthe first time oreach time you replace the batteries, theHour indication willflash. In such a case, be sure to set the time and date by followingsteps4 through7described below.
hPowerSupplyThe HOLD switch unctions as a power button.When you do not usether ecorder,set the HOLDswitch to the[HOLD] position whiletherecorder is stopped. This will power otherecorder andminimizethebattery drain.

ReplacingBatteries:
When [N] appears on thedisplay,replacethe batteries as soon aspossible.Size-AAA alkalinebatteries arerecommended.When thebatteries aredepleted,[O] appears on thedisplay,andtherecorder shuts o. It is recommended to set the HOLD switch to the[HOLD] position beoreyou replacebatteries to maintain thecurrent settings (Timeand date,etc.). For your convenience,therecorder also logs thecurrent settings in nonvolatile memory at hourly intervals.

Notes: Duringrecording, press the+ and buttons to adjust theVCVA level in
