• Analysis included: turn movement counts, signal warrant analysis, operations analysis, and recommendations for potential operation improvements.

• Remove existing traffic signal and install four-way stop.

• Existing poles and overhead lights to remain.

• Existing signal is not warranted.

• No intersection sight distance issues.

• 2 crashes in 3 years.

High St. & Front Street

• Remove existing traffic signal and install four-way stop.

• Existing signal is not warranted.

• 4 crashes in 3 years.• On-street parking to

remain.• Update curb ramps

to meet current ADA requirements.

Wayne St. & Spring Street

• Remove existing traffic signal and install four-way stop.

• Strain poles are to remain, since luminaires are on the poles.

• Existing signal is not warranted.

• 3 crashes in 3 years.

• Remove existing traffic signal with Spring Street Reconstruction project. Install two-way stop along Front Street.
