Welcome to Dubai Properties

For the last ten years, we’ve been developing and managing some of the most vibrant and dynamic destinations in Dubai, to live, work, play and invest.We’ve delivered over 35,000 homes, over two million square feet of office space and approximately a million square feet of retail space. Culture Village

Poised to be the next vibrant destination in DP’s portfolio, Culture Village is the emirate’s first creek-side development with residential, retail and entertainment components which appeal to residents and visitors alike.

Defined by a waterfront promenade, wide open spaces, cobblestone walkways and pedestrian bridges, Culture Village is positioned to become a major tourist hub on completion.It is already home to several exclusive hotel developments including the Palazzo Versace, the Iris Asmar and the D1 Tower. Notable developments by Dubai Properties within the destination include Dubai Wharf, Manazel Al Khor and the Anantara Dubai Creek Hotel.

Culture Village enjoys an ideal central location between Business Bay Crossing and Al Garhoud Bridge in the heart of Dubai and only 15 minutes away from Dubai international Airport. It is also easily accessible from Al Jaddaf metro station.

Permanent infrastructure for plot development is in place and work on substations, road networks, bridges and marinas is underway. With all these fast paced development taking place at the destination, it’s only a matter of time, before we get to see Dubai’s landscape transform in front of our eyes!

Business Bay

Shaping Dubai’s urban lifestyle, it lies at the heart of the city, served by Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road - two of Dubai’s biggest road traffic arteries, and in close proximity to the Business Bay metro station. Upscale and eclectic, it is not only home to the biggest international corporations but notably to many young professionals and their families. Many have settled in DP’s The Executive Towers, with apartments featuring stunning views of Dubai’s historic Creek and easy access to the Bay Avenue promenade with its mix of retail outlets and restaurants.
