Requisite for the School SetupInfrastructure Requirements for School Setup

1. 2000 – 4000 sq. ft. total floor space is required. 2. 1500 sq. ft. area required for the ground floor. The remaining floor space can be managed on the first floor. 3. 500 – 1000 sq. ft. open space for the playground and garden area.

School Location

1. Should be ideally located in a posh locality and should be easily accessible from the main road. 2. Should be easy to locate and reach. 3. The building should be on lease for at least 3 years with the option for extension of the lease.

Terms & Conditions1. A franchisee will be allowed to run only one school. 2. The franchisee has to bear the cost of Student Kits provided by the trust. 3. The centre head and all teachers will be trained by the trust.4. The royalty payable by the franchisee shall be 10% of the total school fee.5. Taxes will be applicable as per the government policies and are subject to change from time to time. 6. The franchisee has to arrange the furniture, fixtures, teaching equipment, toys, etc. 7. The cost for interiors, exteriors and other decorative elements as per the brand's requirements shall be borne by the franchisee.8. The franchise license is for 5 years only. However, it can be extended further 9. The schools can be up graded to primary classes in case the franchise school performs satisfactorily. The school fees shall be decided by the school management based on the location where it is operational. Commercials involved and support provided may vary from Franchisee to Franchisee depending upon their performance and the location where they are operational.

The franchisee should adhere to the following list of compulsory requirements for the pre-school franchise:

1. A sound and state-of-the-art infrastructure is important that constitutes classrooms, play area, wash rooms, pantry and office space. 2. The space must be sufficient and well-ventilated. 3. Bright and colorful interiors are recommended for preschools. 4. The interior must be children-friendly and of standard quality. 5. Smart Boards should be installed in classrooms. 6. The environment should be clean, hygienic and eco-friendly. 7. Fully air-conditioned indoor area is mandatory.8. CCTV and internet facilities should be provided. Our belief is that a child learns a lot during this

developmental phase of life. Both parents and teachers play an important role in moulding the behaviour and character of the child. Active participation, proper communication and regular discussions can assist in laying solid foundation for young children.
