bull Log into your DPS Account bull Click the Claims tab bull On the right side of the page under the

header ldquoClaims Servicesrdquo click the words lsquoView My Claimsrsquo

All of the claims for LossDamages that you have filed in DPS will appear in the lower half of your page The current status of your claims will appear in the ldquoClaim Statusrdquo column

bull Click on the correct claim number (a new page will appear with the current claim information)

If you agree to the final offer from your TSP you will see the status listed as ldquoOffer Pendingrdquo

bull Click the ldquo gt ldquo next an item

The item will then display under DemandOffer

bull Click ldquoAccept Offerrdquo bull A dialog box will appear ndash click OK to

accept

You will need to repeat the above steps for each item

Once you have done this for each item the status will change to ldquoSettledrdquo and the Claim Satisfaction screen appears

You will need to complete the Claim Satisfaction Survey and click ldquoFinishedrdquo on the final page
