pump house and levee embankment continues to be worked on. Remaining close-out submittals are being reviewed and finalized.

Pay applications for the Phase 2 shared infrastructure construction costs continue to be received and processed, with 44.5% ($2.1 M) of county's Phase 2 share of $4.715 million expended as of 1/2020.

Remarks The Master Development Plan report was finalized in December 2019 and the project will continue as a renovation and adaptive reuse of the Historic

Buildings. The stakeholders acknowledge the master plan will be revisited and updated in the future based on changing market conditions and land use

valuations. This report will be placed on hold after this report.

Project Description The project scope includes the renovation of approximaltey 8,700 square feet of the existing space in the Annex area of the facility to serve as Headstart and Early Headstart Classrooms.





Remarks The grant application pursued by the Office for Children to locate a potential Early Headstart program at the South County Government Center, was not successful. The option to include Headstart as part of the Adaptive Reuse programming at Original Mount Vernon High School continues to be evaluated.

Supervisors notification. Coordination for securing historic tax credits and options for adaptive reuse programming for occupancies continue.

P3B met with County staff on the Workhouse Campus steering committee and with a potential end-user to establish project scope. A design fee proposal is scheduled for 1/2020 from Samaha Associates, a BDCD annual contract consultant.

The Building Permit was submitted on 12/18/19. The 100% CD package will be submitted to Building Design Branch in early 02/2020.

Remarks A 95% design workshop took place on 11/15/19. Bid ready documents were submitted on 12/30/19. Construction will be delayed until Spring 2020 due to a restriction by Virginia Department of Transportation on the use of steel plates in roadways during winter months.

project construction- 69% completed.

Remarks The Preliminary Engineering Report was submitted, and reviewed. A workshop was held to discuss the issues with each of the two proposed alternatives. A coordination meeting was held with Samaha to review the major impacts on the parking lots at the plant site. An Envision workshop was held to review items to consider for scoring the two proposed alternatives.

waiting for MCC/DC project to be constructed first.

Remarks The Engineer is working on the Technical Memorandum to summarize the findings from the recently completed AquaNareda pilot study. The Engineer is also working on preparing the densified BNR Pilot plan. An executive briefing will be scheduled for February 2020.

Remarks Construction progress is approximately 93% complete. Phased construction sequence has allowed plant processes to continue without interruption. Change Order No. 26 was executed in late December 2019 to extend the contract time. The updated substantial completion date is 4/14/20.

Remarks The approval process is in progress to finalize the centrifuge equipment preselection. The cake pump equipment Request For Proposal was issued on 1/8/20, and proposals were due 1/30/20. The Architectural Engineering has begun developing the 70% design, which is due in 3/2020.
