“Deb was an amazing learning leader, inspiring mentor, and good friend; we miss her. We are proud to be able to support these aspiring workplace learning & performance professionals in Deb’s name and as part of her enduring legacy.”
-Paula Frangella
2013 CCASTD President and friend to Deborah Colky
“Dr. Colky helped make my educational experience wonderful - she coached me about how to look for work as a trainer. She was a great person to talk to about Training & Development because she was so passionate. Additionally, Dr. Colky suggested that I participate in CCASTD for extra credit, and doing so was one of the best decisions that I have made. CCASTD is a great outlet for aspiring, and active, learning professionals.”
-Reggie Jackson

(When asked to give advice about applying:)
“Why not? Your biggest expense would be time. It's a great opportunity. All you are really doing is putting your name out there and getting connected with a community of people. You are getting planted with others who you will be working with in the future”.
