Background Post election crisis has disturbed health centre's activities. Aconda vs, an Ivorian national NGO has supported provision of
care to HIV infected persons, during trouble period. To describe strategies implemented to maintain care and support to
HIV infected persons in conflict zones.
Methods Prospective and descriptive study, from 1st January to 30 June 2011. 05 regions were concerned with 68 HC : Abidjan, Duékoué, Guiglo,
Bloléquin and Toulépleu
Reduction of the HIV activities package To supply ARV drugs to Health facilities. To provide ART to patients in follow with 3 months dotation. To continue PMTCT activities from C&T to ART prophylaxis.

To research patients under ART and refer them to reference care centers (by community counselors).
To set up a pool of supervisors to follow implementation.
Results In 12 health facilities provision of ART to patients was
ensured by community’s counselor because of absence of the medical staff.
66.2% of health facilities were functional: care and treatment available.
15 /68 health facilities have been looted. 32/68 health facilities had failures in delivering ART.
