• Improvement of the interdisciplinary cooperation and the
transfer of technology between companies, science and
public administration (i.e. cluster politics)

• Advancement of the infrastructure (i.e. environmental technology, transportation, communications infrastructure, centres for exhibitions, technology parks)
• Capital provision of the economy
