2. Inappropriate Behaviors of Father

One bedroom apartment, sleeps with Ariana-Leilani in her Queens size bed (started -09/07

Came back from visit with dress and no panties (Oct 07)

Gives presents and treats each day, especially when she returned to his apartment

no clothes, toys, items allowed from apartment to home

Mother not allowed to go into apartment (only twice), but father goes into all parts of home

since October 2007. Taking her to mens bathrooms (up until January 2008)

Insisting that she spend the night at his home never allowing her once an option to change the

day or not to go (since Sept 2007)

Isolate her from her entire family (Since Feb. 2008)
