Dr. SK Sinha felicitating the eminent poets on Kavi Sammelan
On 2 October 2016, spectacular Kavi Samelan was witnessed by entire Bahal.
It was graced by Hon’ble Chairman Sh. H.K. Chaudhary and other dignitaries.
The stage was dazzled by renowned poets, Mr. Rajesh Chetan, Mr. Gajender
Solanki, Mr. Pratap Faujdar, Mr. Anil Raguvanshi and Dr. Kailash Mandla
recited rib tickling and patriotic poems which left the audience spell bound. It
was appreciated and applauded by everyone.

The chief guest was Retd. Lieutenant General
Dr. D.P. Vats and the guest of Honour was
Mr. A.K. Pansari, Hon’ble Chairman, Smt.
Urmila Chaudhary and other distinguished
guests graced the occasion. The Annual
School Exhibition was showcased by various
departments. The students made working
models under the guidance of their teachers.
These working models were the main
attraction of the day. The Principal read the
school annual report reflecting the efforts,
achievements and accomplishments of the students in academics, sports and
co-curricular activities. Academic Excellence Award, Long Term Service Award,
Best Employee Award, Best Teacher Award were felicitated by the chief guest.
The cultural bonanza unfolded the talents of the young budding students which
was a feast to the eyes. Ganesh Vandana, Dance-Drama, Mime, School
Orchestra, Brass Band and Hip-hop dance mesmerized the audience.
Discourses on ‘Generation Gap’, ‘Secrets Behind
Success’ and ‘Aim of Life’ was given by Acharya
Shri Vagesh in the jam packed auditorium on 3
October 2016. It was very informative,
interesting and enlightening.

On 4 October 2016, It was a nostalgic day for the alumni. The alumni shared their
experiences in the special assembly. Staff verses alumni volleyball match was
organised.
The school showcased Horse Show and Brass
Band show in the outfield on 9 October 2016
at 3:30p.m. The chief Guest was Dr.Ramesh
Gupta along with Hon’ble Chairman Shri HK
Chaudhary ji, Mrs. Urmila Chaudhary ji, Mrs.
Meenakshi Chaudhary ji, Director Dr. S.K.
Sinha, Principal Mr. Praveen Masta, vice
Principal Mrs. Nishi Rana, staff and students
also witnessed the programme. The chief guest appreciated the efforts, the
hardwork and the skills of the budding riders.
The school brass band enchanted the audience by their melodious tunes and
formation made by 36 students from various classes. They were appreciated with
thunderous applause.
The Dussehra festival was celebrated on 11 October
2016 with great zeal and enthusiasm. The chief guest
was Mrs. Meenakshi Chaudhary and Mr. Gyanesh
Chaudhary who graced the occasion. A Hindi and an
English speech were delivered by the students
highlighting the significance of the day. The school

choir sang Bhajans.
The Inter-House Ravan Effigy Making Competition was the main attraction of
the day. The students participated in large number with zeal and enthusiasm.
Creativitiy and skill of the students were at its peak. At the end, the effigies of
Ravan were burnt, symbolising the victory of good over the evil.
A get together with teachers who had come on Exchange Programme
from Tapti Valley International School, Surat was organised by school in
Swami Vivekananda Auditorium on 13 October 2016 at 12:30 p.m. The
Principal welcomed the gathering. A cultural program was staged. A
group song was presented by the guest teachers as well as solo song by
Vidyagram teachers which was the highlight of the day. The students
performed Hip-Hop and Mime which was highly appreciated. It was an
evening worth remembering.
Inter-House Poster Making Competition for juniors was organised by the
Fine Arts Department on 19 October’16 at 2 :30p.m. in Swami
Vivekananda Auditorium. Students in large numbers participated with
great enthusiasm and showed their creativity by making beautiful and
informative posters on the topics ‘The festivals of India’ and ‘World
Peace.’
IPSC Volleyball team comprising 36 boys participated in U-14, U-17, U-19
at Sainik School Kunj Pura from 23 October to 26 October and the team
was escorted by our Volleyball Coach, Mr. Om Prakash. The students
returned with lot of experience and confidence.

The school bid adieu to the beloved Principal,
Mr. Praveen Masta. He was given a
heartwarming farewell by the entire BRCM
Family in A.V. Room at 4:00 pm. Hon’ble
Director Dr. S.K. Sinha, in his speech mentioned
that Mr. Praveen Masta was a true educationist,
maintained impeccable relation with the
students and teachers alike and he further
added that the Principal, Sh. Praveen Masta will
be remembered as the finest Principal after
Late Mr. Shekhawat.
Hon’ble Director also inducted the new
Principal Mrs. Nishi Rana who holds a vast
experience of teaching and has multifarious
personality. She was welcomed by everyone
with a huge round of applause.
