A Swiss Canadian, has been involved in gastronomy for some 30 years working in both North America and Europe. Started working at 14 (part time) and at 18 acquired his first management position

Has successfully lead and created over 39 different restaurants, hotels, clubs, clinics, stores and other business’s in 5 counties

Business focuses of WWWH is on Management Contracts, Consulting, Development, Ownership, Joint Ventures, Advisory Board Services, Events and Networking (bringing the right people together), Interior Design and Other Services and much more

WW studied at Harvard University (USA) and Cornell University (USA), and has an Swiss Honors degree from EHLR in Hotel Management & Administration. WW also completed his dual MBA from European University (CH) and La Salle University (USA), WW dissertation topic of “Emotional Intelligence – The Key to Effective Project Management” earned him a 6.0 perfect score and advancement for his Doctorate in Business Administration at both Universities whereby his PhD thesis of “Emotional Intelligence “Are Leaders made or Born”

WW strengths are his leadership skills and his creative ability to envision something and then put it into action and to think out of the box. WW has an immense network of contacts on a national and also an international level

WW was the former Vice President of the Cornell Hotel Society (CH), Vice President of the Cambridge Society of Food and Beverage Management (CDN), former Member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) and current member of WPO International Chapter. WW hobbies include Tae Kwon Do (whereby he holds a second degree black belt), tennis, skiing and walking and of course his passion for food and wines and summer’s in Ibiza
