In the real time environment panels of informa-tion will be triggered and show relevant informa-tion concerning the building, in the project the information given are for marketing purposes for example, number of bedrooms, features within the building and the number of bathrooms, the information required to market the building. The project appeals to the real estate profession, instead of having images of the building potential tenants have the opportunity to walk through the building before they schedule a visit to see how they initailly feel about the aesthetics of the design.

Aims & Objectives

The aim of this project is to created a more in-novative way of presenting designs vissually to an audience who may have difficulty interpreting the designs through 2d plans or still images. By creating a real-time environment the audience has a chance to explore the design in their own way as they are in full control of the user within the environment. The audience may have trou-ble trying to understand certain design concepts when looking at a 2d plan drawing but may gain a better understanding when they see it is a 3d visual form.The project was created for marketing purposes and may be more appealing to real estate agencies where they might have a potential investor who

1.1 Overview____________________________________________________The use of digital tools has become an incred-ible aid in the creation of dynamic architectural presentations and has helped architects to convey designs to clients who have previously had dif-ficulty understanding concepts of designs and the aesthetics of the building. With the advance-ment in digital software, it has allowed architects to present their designs in a more innovative way through the use of real-time environments. Real-time environments has allowed architects to provide a client a real time visualization so that a client is able to better understand the project aesthetics and the design concepts that the archi-tect has presented. Through this process a client is able to walk around a digitaly created environment of the architectural project to better visualize the physical qualities as well as the significance of the building design.

Project Outline

The project is to create a real time environment for marketing purposes so that the audience does not just get to walk around an environment to view the pysical designs and aesthetics but also be given relevant information that supports the design or building. The project in this document incorporates adobe flash in the real time environ-ment which is created using the software develop-ment kit CryEngine 3.

might have trouble inspecting the house becasue of the distant travel therefore by creating a real-time environment with a information overlay us-ing adobe flash the real estate agent may provide the potential investor a copy of the environment so that they can explore the visually see the build-ing without making the difficult travel.

My client Joe El-Sabbagh an architect of a small firm called Designcorp Architects have provided me with a proposed design located on 48-58 Warby Street, Campbeltown, NSW 2560. The design is am apartment block consisting of 4 five storey buildings and two underground base-ments for tenant parking.

Client Support

My client has provided me with the relevant in-formation required to create a real time environ-ment, during the initial meeting Joe El-Sabbagh provided the floors plans from basement two - level 5 as well as the elevations taken from Warby Street and the elevation from Moore St. My client has also provided me with renderings of the

exterior of the building so that it gives me a basis of how the exterior of the building should look like, they have also given me advice and feedback on how the interior should look like and also the texture maps required for the exterior walls.

Deliverables

The deliverables are as followed:- A real-time environment which includes a cus-tom opening menus and inforamtion overlays.- A CryEngine 3 login username and password specified by the client.
