OUR YOUNG ADULTS ARE ON THE MOVE If you’re between the ages of 18 and 35, our Young Adult and College Ministries need you to:

§ Provide your updated contact information for a new ministry database. You can do this online or immediately following service tomorrow.

§ Consider becoming a part of the NEW Young Adult and College Ministry Leadership Teams. Find out more by attending our upcoming information and strategy sessions set for Tuesday, March 24th and 31st at 6:30 p.m. at the Security Boulevard Location.

§ Provide your ideas and suggestions to enhance our programs aimed at College Students and Young Adults. If you have

suggestions, please plan to attend one of the meetings or you can email our Young Adult Minister, Sammie Dow, at [email protected].

§ Plan to attend our Young Adult/College Ministry Open Mic Night set for April 17th at 7:00 p.m. at the Security Boulevard Location. We also have “openings for the mic.” Email Minister Sammie at [email protected] to sign up.

Finally, please meet Minister Sammie Dow, our NEW Minister for Young Adults and College Students today for a 10-minute update session following each worship service in the Chapel. Are You A Volunteer Working with Our Children & Youth? If so, there will be a Full Background Training on Saturday, March 14th from 9:00am to 11:30am. For those who already have done the full background training, but need a recertification, that training will be held on the same day at 1:00pm. AN EVENING OF PRAYER Please join the Intercessory Prayer Ministry for worship, prayer and teaching on Friday, March 20, 2015 from 6:30pm to 10:00pm at the church for An Evening of Prayer.

SPRING FLING ON THE FARM Our Children’s Ministry Wants To See You At The Spring Fling On The Farm on Saturday, March 28th from Noon – 4:00 p.m. Guests can look forward to carnival rides, egg hunts, visits with the Easter Bunny, paintball, a petting zoo and bunny trail hay-rides. It all happens at Crumland Farm in Frederick. Tickets are $10.00 (which includes admission and transportation). Chaperones are

also needed for this event. Visit the information table in the lobby to purchase tickets and learn more about how you can help.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT MINISTRY On March 28th – our Professional Development Ministry will host career workshops at our Security Boulevard Location. Pre-register for sessions on Career Basics – resume writing, interviewing, job hunting with social media and networking and, Career Planning - career assessment, self-esteem, time management and entrepreneurship. Attention New Members: Don’t forget, New Member Classes are held each Tuesday, from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. If you are unable to attend class on Tuesday, there is another option. JOSEPH  –  The Pearls of Wisdom Ministry is sponsoring a trip to Sight & Sound to see “Joseph” on Thursday, June 18, 2015. Package includes: motor-coach transportation, performance of “Joseph,” meal at Shady Maple Restaurant, taxes & meal gratuities. Total cost is $120 per person. Payment schedule: deposit of $30 due by February 15th, payments of $30 each due by March 15th, April 15th and final payment of $30 due by May 15th. Payments are to be made at Solomon’s Corner ONLY. You may make payments in between the due dates but the final payment must be made not later than May 15th. Also, seating is by final payment, not deposit.
