2014 TOURING FORK LEGS SINGLE DISC DUAL CALIPER BRAKE CALIPER APPLICATIONS 2014 Touring models have received a larger and significantly more rigid fork leg setup. In response, we now offer 49mm Hot Leg fork legs to fit 2014 & up touring models in all styles and brake caliper configurations.

Our exclusive single disc dual caliper configura-tion, available for Touring models, allows you to bring your right side caliper to the left side fork leg for a custom single disc look while retaining dual disc braking power. Stainless steel brake line kits are available for a clean look and easy installation.

THE ORIGINAL +2 DEEP CUT FORK BOOTSThe original. Arlen Ness was the first to design and offer billet fork boots for your motorcy-cle. The Retro was the first style, its design was inspired by the rubber fork boots on early dirt bikes. Its timeless design was the first of its kind and is still one of our favorites.

Ask and you shall receive. Big diameter wheels are in high demand these days. Whether you’re running a 26” or larger wheel or adding longer fork tubes to your motorcycle, we have your fork boot solution. These Deep Cut boots are an additional 2” longer than our standard boots to ensure you have no gap between your fork leg and fork boot.

Our billet brake arms are a perfect match to our shift kits. Both Deep Cut and Radius styles are available, all styles and applications are splined to allow you to place the arm in your preferred position.

Our heel/toe shift kits are all machined from billet aluminum and give you the freedom to shift any way you choose. Simply put, the heel/toe shifters give you options. Choose from Deep Cut or Radius styles, both will add eye-catching style to your foot control section.

For shorter or female riders out there that struggle with reaching their forward controls, our E-Z reach levers are your solution. These levers are 2” shorter than our standard levers and 1” shorter than stock levers. E-Z reach length is offered in our heel/toe and brake arm kits.

For those wanting clean style, solo shift arms are just for you. Their design is eye-catch-ing, to the point, and allow more foot room on your floorboards.

Our inner shift levers, although small in size, will make a huge difference to your foot control section. The stock inner shift lever is a major eye sore with billet shift compo-nents. These inner shift levers complete your package for the full custom look, now available for Softail™ and Touring models.

These billet works of art make a statement with machined accents on the top, bottom, and side of the board. Every Fusion board has 3 mounting locations and includes a billet bracket that fits perfectly to stock floorboard mounts. This allows for 3” of adjustability to set the floorboards at the riders preferred position. Whether the rider is tall or short, the Fusion line of floorboards will have you riding comfortably in style

Classic styling with modern amenities. Retro billet floorboards were inspired by the cooling fins on V-twin engines and their timeless style will flow with any Bagger. These boards are extended for extra foot room which is great for longer rides. Rubber strips run down the length of the board for foot traction and help reduce vibration. Our exclusive ratchet design allows you to secure your gap cap at the proper torque and then align the cap’s design in your desired position. This ensures the caps design and logo is always at the correct location, every time.

Gas caps equipped with the LED Fuel Gauge feature a low-fuel warning light built in to make sure you never run out of gas. The warning light is user-programmable to light the LED at any pre-set fuel level.

Our new Smooth style pop-up gas caps fit nearly flush when closed; and opens easily with just a quarter turn in the center of the cap. These caps screw in just like any of our other styles but give a look usually only found on custom tanks. They feature a concave radius for clean styling.

Each horn kit includes our exclusive forged billet aluminum housing with stainless steel mesh insert. These forging were designed to not only provide great styling, but also allow a compact package for ample leg clearance. The forged aluminum construction also benefits these horn kits by ensuring a lifetime of durability.

Each horn style has a matching Inverted Series Air Cleaner. This allows your style to be consistent on each side of the engine. The forged billet housing follows the same profile as each matching air cleaner’s forged housing and the stainless steel mesh perfectly accents the stainless steel jacketed air filter.

Traffic can often times be a dangerous place to be in. Each horn kit includes our high performance 110 dB horn which is considerably louder than stock. This can improve your safety by increasing your ability to be heard when you need it most. The new horn simply plugs into your factory wiring for easy installation .

Each dash insert is constructed from billet aluminum and replaces the stock insert installed in your model application. Inserts mount in seconds with high strength 3M™ double sided tape. Installation is minimal but the aesthetic improvement to your dash is huge.

Our billet fuel doors replace factory casted units. They allow you to keep your factory lock and key unit and mounts directly in the stock location. Installing these fuel doors will finish the design flow between the ignition switch cover and dash insert for the complete custom look.

These billet covers fit directly over your stock ignition switch providing a massive style and finish improvement while retaining proper stock function. Covers mount in minutes and are available in two applications: 2007-2014 FLT & 2012-up International FLT
