IntroductionIt is no longer acceptable to allow grease deposits to build up in the drainage system, causing odours and blockages which can prove costly and inconvenient. Pouring harsh caustic chemicals down the drain to clear fats, oil or grease (FOG) is also not permitted. The seko range of battery and mains powers automatic drain dosers provide an easy and inexpensive solution to the problem, which is environmentally friendly and compliant with food hygiene regulations.
ApplicationDrainage outlets in areas where food preparation is taking place should have a means of preventing grease build up that can lead to blockages and odour problems. The drain dosing systems can be easily installed directly into the drain outlet, grease traps or pumping stations.
How does it workThe DD1 will dispense a pre-determined volume of enzyme chemical into the drainage system at pre set times, typically when the kitchen is not in use. This allows time for the Enzyme to thoroughly break down the fatty deposits and be flushed away in the morning.
RuggedThe IP66 Polycarbonate enclosure provides protection against water ingress and high temperature environments, making these suitable for all kitchen and food preparation applications.
DD1• The DD1 comes with pre programmed delivery rates making the unit quick and easy to
set up.• Pre fitted with a specially designed long life battery pack ensuring the minimum of
installation time and only annual maintenance.• Being battery powered it is safe for all kitchen and drainage applications and requires only the minimum of
expertise to install.
DN3• The DN3 mains unit is avaliable in 2 and 9 program options.• The DN3 2 program unit can be set to dose twice each day at a time of your choice.• The DN3 9 program unit allows you to set individual times per day, the same set times Mon – Fri, the same set
times Mon – Sun, or different times for week days and weekends.
DN5• External controls for easy installation• Programmable to dose up to 9 times per day at an hour of your choice
to suit the application.• The DN5 can be supplied with a low level alarm to indicate when
chemicals need replacing.
