Laboratory apparatus for draw down applications of paint, resins, silicon, varnishes, etc. on paper, plastic, glass, non-woven or other samples with plain flat surface.
Application can be done by different drawdown bars (metering rods / Mayer bar) or „bird“ type applicator (blade applicator) for uniform liquid distribution.
Pressure of the application bars made by means of up to 7 removable weights.
Automatic motorized transport controlled by CLP, with adjustable speed to promote reproducible applications. (Fast return movement of header, with standard speed.)
Aluminum table for precise film application, with adjustable stroke length.
