day, CHANGE YOUR LIFE, gives energy Aerobic/anaerobic Look into high intensity training or find a

friend work out with for weights ALWAYS warm up and cool down (slurpee

effect/lactic acid pooling) Do your homework, form is everything “no drama”-nautlius
