Dressing for Success

• Francis Scott Key is committed to establishing a safe environment where our focus is on academics.

• It is the intent of the school program that students be dressed and groomed in an appropriate manner that will not interfere with or detract from, the educational process.

Why wear uniforms….. Creates a sense of unity Reduces peer pressure among students Promotes a single standard of dress Helps to boost academic performance Builds a sense of community, pride and promotes school

spirit. Students in unified dress are more confident, positive and

focused on success Students no longer focus on expensive name brands or

fashions. The school environment becomes less competitive. Every

one fits in!
