Hayman’s GinThe 10 botanicals in Hayman's are measured by hand to ensure the right balance before being steeped in English wheat spirit for a whole day prior to distillation, which allows the oils and essences to infuse fully. We recommend Fevertree Tonic for a classic G&T!

£2.80

Dr J's GinUsing local sugar beet, this is one of only a handful of distilleries that make their gin from scratch. Macadamia is used alongside the more familiar juniper and coriander which gives a rich mouthfeel allowing this gin to be drunk on the rocks as well as in a G&T. Try with Fevertree Naturally Light Tonic.

£3.00

Tanqueray No 10Crafted with the perfect Martini in mind, this is one of the most recognisable gins on the planet (and one of the best). Full bodied with a citrus backbone from orange, lime and white grapefruit. If a G&T is more you, we think the equally intense Goldberg Yuzu Tonic is a great bedfellow.

£3.55

Adnams GinThe base spirit here is made from locally grown East Anglian malted cereals to which 6 botanicals are added. The result is an elegant gin with a classic juniper punch followed by citrus and floral notes. A gin this good deserves an equally impressive tonic, our choice is Goldberg Yuzu.

£4.00

Hendrick’sOne of the original gins that spearheaded the phenom that is the 'Gin Movement'. Superbly balanced with the addition of cucumber and rose, this gin is smooth and beautifully unique. An obvious partner here, double up the cucumber dose with Dr Polidori's Cucumber Tonic

£4.20

Ferdinands Saar DryNamed after Ferdinand Geltz, co-founder of one of Germany's finest vineyards. The wine from this vineyard makes up part of the impressive 30+-strong botanical blend making this gin one of a kind. All other organic botanicals are estate grown and include quince and lavender. Dr Polidori's Cucumber Tonic is a sublime partner for a cracking G&T!

£4.75

GINS

Hven OrganicA true handcrafted gin from the small Island of Hven situated in the strait between Denmark & Sweden. All the botanicals are infused for 24 hours prior to distillation. This gin has notes of vanilla and spice which combine beautifully with Dr Polidori Dry Tonic.

£4.95

Newmarket GinNewmarket's very own gin! 10 botanicals, some foraged locally, have helped to create a gin of exceptional flavour and depth with earthy notes from wild horseradish and bay leaves alongside a perfumed scent from Devils Dyke Orchid petals and wildflowers. A gutsy tonic is required here, Dr Polidori's Dry is up to the task

£6.95

TONICSFevertreeBotanical oils and spring water are blended with quinine from the 'fever trees' of the Eastern Congo. Fevertree have cemented themselves as the first choice tonic for pairing with the very best gins and vodkas.

£2.95

Fevertree Naturally lightThe world's first all natural, lower calorie tonic with 58% fewer calories but no sacrifice on flavour.

£2.95

Goldberg yuzo tonicIntensely flavoured tonic using Japan's most popular citrus fruit. Similar in appearance to a grapefruit and almost as big, the Yuzu is seen by many as a 'super food' due to its high level of vitamin C. We just love the taste.

£3.05

Dr Polodori Dry tonicNamed after Lord Byron's personal Physician. Herbal earthy notes of basil and thyme run alongside exotic shades of cubeb pepper and juniper to create a tonic that is so good you can drink it on it’s own.

£3.15

Dr Polodori cucumber tonicFresh cucumber jumps out of the bottle offering a wonderfully refreshing experience that works beautifully with the more flavourful gins, especially Ferdinand's Saar Dry.
