    About Driven

    Driven Communications Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Driven Media Sdn.

    Bhd.) was incorporated in October 2008 and we specialize in editorial

    services, motoring and motorsport-related event management as well as

    social media management.

    We also operate three content websites: Paultan.org, Ohbulan.

    com and TechAttack.my. Paultan.org has the largest readership in

    the local automotive category (veried by Effective Measure) while

    Ohbulan.com is one of the top local celebrity/entertainment website.

    TechAttack.my on the other hand, features up-to-date. local and

    international tech news.

    Oto.my, an automotive classieds website has also been added to

    the list and it is quickly setting standards in the local automotive

    classieds segment. We are also behind Driven, an automotive

    review television show which premiered in 2010 on 8TV.

    We also specialize in motoring and motorsport-related events

    including media or customer test drive events and motorsport/defensive driver trainings such as the BMW Driver Training

    programme and Fords Driving Skills For Life.

    This event was organized specially for the current and future

    customers of BMWs high-performance M brand. A total of 13

    M cars all in all producing about 5,000 horsepower including the

    BMW M5 were brought in from Germany specially for this 4-dayevent. The event was held at the Sepang International Circuit,

    giving guests a taste of life in the fast lane.

    This is an exclusive test drive event for RHBs selected customers

    where guests were able to sample latest BMW models includingthe all new BMW F30 3 Series courtesy of Auto Bavaria.

    Multiple sessions were carried out within the 2-day event at the

    RHB Centre along Jalan Tun Razak and the event ended with a

    number of happy customers.

    Guests of this event was invited via our very own Paultan.org

    online publication and they were able to experience the dynamism

    of the all new BMW F30 3 Series. This was accomplished via an

    oversteer exercise carried our by BMWs certied Driver Trainer.

    Guests were able to understand why the 3 Series stood our

    among its rivals.

    Current Porsche owners were invited to bring their cars to the

    Sepang International Circuit where Porsches driving instructors

    shared valuable knowledge on track driving, to allow Porsche

    owners to fully enjoy their German sports cars at the track. Thisevent also helped increase engagement and loyalty between the

    Porsche brand and its owners.

    When BMW Malaysia launched the MINI Countryman, we

    organized 2 drive sessions for the motoring and lifestyle mediarespectively. The drive was a 2D1N affair and they convoy

    was led from the heart of the nation to the Pearl of the Orient.

    Members of the media experienced the Countryman via specially

    selected scenic routes, tasted mouth-watering cuisine and also

    soaked up the Sun in Penang.

    This event marked the start of the electric car movement in

    Malaysia as members of the motoring media sampled the

    Mitsubishi i-MiEV all-electric car, which was the rst electric-

    powered vehicle to be registered in the country. The event was

    help at the luxurious Four Seasons Langkawi, giving it a very

    unique experience.

    We have been awarded to run one of Malaysias highest rated

    defensive driving programmes for 2011 and 2012. The BMW

    Driver Training gives theoretical and practical training in regards

    to defensive driving which is very much needed in the country.This experiential yearly programme also allowed participant to

    experience the driving dynamics of a BMW.

    This is an international defensive driving programme which

    teaches owners of Fords to become better drivers on the road.This programme has been established in the Unites States of

    America and it was rst introduced in Malaysia 2011 along with

    the help of Driven.

    This international event gave chance to lucky winners to drive a

    BMW M3 at the Nurburgring track in Germany. The Malaysian

    campaign was carried out in both 2011 and 2012 where

    participants had to take part in several driving challenges in

    order to win the ultimate once-in-a-lifetime chance of driving an

    M3 at the Nurburgring.

    BMW xDrive Borneo Experience

    Year : 2012

    MINI Speed Dating (Auto Bavaria Glenmarie,

    Penang & Ingress Auto)

    This event was held in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah where the

    media experienced various BMW xDrive models. Participants

    experienced the models in specially-selected scenic roads as

    well as on light off-road trails. The media also enjoyed lifestyle

    aspects of the brand with sunset dinner on a gorgeous yatch

    and so on. This event was also held for regional media from

    Singapore and Indonesia.

    This was purely a sales-driven event for potential MINI customers.

    Participant experienced their favourite MINIs in a speed dating

    format and they also got to try their MINIs out in selected driving

    exercises including braking, slalom and reverse ick exercises.

    This event was held at three different dealerships including Auto

    Bavaria Glenmarie, Auto Bavaria Penang and MINI Ingress inBangsar.
