Drumstick Bars A Rada Cutlery Recipe
Ingredients 2 cups vanilla wafers, crushed
1/2 cup butter of margarine, melted
1 cup crushed salted peanuts
1-8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
4 cups whipped topping
2 small packages instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
1 large chocolate bar
Crush your peanuts. To do this, we used the Rada Cutlery Food Chopper.
Mix crushed vanilla wafers, melted butter and 2/3 cup of the crushed peanuts. Put in a 913 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 2 cups whipped topping.
Spread over first layer.
Mix chocolate pudding and milk. Chill to set. Spread over second layer.
Spread 2 cups whipped topping over third layer.
Sprinkle 1/3 cup of the chopped peanuts over top. Grate chocolate bar (Rada Cutlery Vegetable Peeler shown above) and sprinkle over top. Chill overnight.
