Thank you for giving Crisp & Clean Helderburg the opportunity to present a proposal to you for our businesses to collaborate and both benefit from.

Please find below an executive overview of the Crisp & Clean business:

The foundation of the Crisp and Clean business is the partnership we have entered into with the Bidvest Laundry Group (Boston Launderers). Boston Launderers is the largest commercial laundry operation in South Africa and have been supplying quality laundry services for more than 42 years. Our high quality total linen management service offering includes state of the art linen processing, dry cleaning and specialized laundry services for the healthcare, hospitality and mining sectors.

The current volumes at our Epping Plant are, on average 40 000 items per day. Our facility has enough space available to expand and grow into double that volume if ever needed along with this we are NOT dependent on Eskom to supply constant power therefore work can carry on uninterrupted.

In addition to the above we have established partnerships with:

- MasterGuard + Fabric Protection Africa Pty (Ltd) (another Bidvest Company), and

- Rug Doctor, USA based and established in South Africa for over 25 years.

The other key elements of the Crisp and Clean business are:

- Customer Experience Management Process & Online CRM system - Online Order Management system - Logistics Management system - Supplier Management system

Our key objective is to provide convenience and service excellence.

Based on the conversation we had this morning with you, there are 2 possible opportunities for us to collaborate:

1. Provide you with a full and complete Laundry service.2. Provide your Guests with a reliable Dry Cleaning service.

Initial thoughts on how these opportunities could be executed:

Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services- Crisp and Clean will create the bulk Flat Work sheet and booking slips for the

rooms using all the preferred branding and information supplied to us.- We will provide the hotel with a detailed item count at every pick up and drop off

to ensure there are no miss counts on either your or our side.- Our vehicles will collect and drop off the linen during your preferred time slots.

We can assess your needs in greater detail.- In terms of pricing we have attached our commercial itemised rate but dependent

on quantities we are open to discuss in further detail.
