Trc tin chng em xin chn thnh cm n thy tn tnh gip chng em trong vic nh hng, gp , cung cp kin thc c bn trong mn v trang b cho chng em nhng kin thc cn thit , lm nn tng cho vic thc hin n mn hc ny.

2.Vi iu khin (PIC 16F877A):

Cc chn s dng v chc nng ca tng chn:
Chn (1): c 2 chc nng. : ng vo reset tch cc mc thp.
: ng vo in p lp trnh khi lp trnh cho PIC.
Chn (11,32), (12,31): l cc chn cp ngun cho PIC.
Chn OSC1/CLK1 (13) : ng vo kt ni vi dao ng thch anh hoc l ng vo nhn xung clock bn ngoi.
Chn OSC2/CLK2 (14) : ng ra kt ni vi dao ng thch anh hoc l ng ra nhn xung clock bn ngoi.
Chn (16): xut nhp s/ ng vo b dao ng timer 1/ ng ra capture 2, ng ra compare 2, ng ra PWM2.
Chn (17): xut nhp s/ ng ra capture 1,ng ra compare 1, ng ra PWM1.
Chn (33): xut nhp s/ ng vo tn hiu ngt ngoi.

5.B li mch cu H:
+ Gm c 2 con IR2104 (li 2 Mosfet IRFZ44N)
Thng s ca IR2104:
-Chu c in p ti a thong qua l 600V khi y ti.
-Phm vi in p li ra t 10-20.
-in p vo cng logic l 3,3V ,5V v 15V,ngng hot ng khi tt c 2 u vo.
-u ra bn cao HO cng pha vi u vo.
-IR2104 c cng sut cao,in p cao v nhy cao ph hp vi iu khin MOSFET v IGBT vi u ra Logic xung cn 3,3V.
-1 knh c th li 1 MOSFET loi N v hot ng n 600V.

IV. cc s ca mch:S nguyn l:
Nguyn l hot ng:
Khi cp ngun 5V-DC vo cho PIC16F877A, ngun 12V-DC vo cho IR2104 v 2 mosfet Q2, Q3. Th mch trng thi sn sang hot ng.
Nhn cng tc K, th PIC 16F877A bt u qu trnh bm xung bng phn mm (c lp trnh) v xut cc xung PWM ra 2 chn 16,17. Tn hiu xung t 2 chn 16, 17 lun so le vi nhau ngha l nu xung ra chn 16 l mc cao th chn 17 s l mc thp v ngc li.
Chn 16 cung cp xung iu khin cho IC li IR2104 li 2 Mosfet IRFZ44N (Q2 v Q1).
Chn 17 cung cp xung iu khin cho IC li IR2104 li 2 Mosfet IRFZ44N (Q3 v Q4).
Trng hp xung ra chn 16 l logic mc cao, chn 17 l logic mc thp khi :
IC IR2104 s iu khin xut in p ra chn HO v in p ny kch vo chn G ca mosfet Q2 cho Q2 dn, cn chn LO s khng c in p xut ra nn Q1 khng dn.
IC IR2104 s iu khin xut in p ra chn LO v in p ny kch vo chn G ca mosfet Q4 cho Q4 dn, cn chn HO s khng c in p xut ra nn Q3 khng dn.
Khi ta c cp mosfet Q2,Q4 dn cn Q1,Q3 khng dn.
Ngc li khi xung ra chn 16 l logic mc thp,17 l logic mc cao th ta c cp mosfet Q1,Q3 dn cn Q2,Q4 khng dn.
C lin tc vi chu k nh vy ta s to nn 2 bn k lin tip ngc nhau to nn dng in c dng sng xoay chiu.
Cc in tr mc vo chn G,S ca mosfet c nhim v chng dng t kch vo chn G ca mosfet.
D1,D3,D4,D6 c chc nng x dng ngc v t mosfet khi o bn k, trnh h hng mosfet .
