Select ‘District’-> Select ‘ITI Name’-> Select ‘Trade Mode’ -> Select ‘Trade Type’ ->

Select ‘Trade Level’-> Select ‘Trade Name’ then click on ‘Search Trades’ -> List will

show complete details

View Form Page

User can view his/her form by clicking on this tab:

Enter ‘Application Id’, ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Captcha Code’ & click on ‘Search’

Know Your Status Page

User can see status of his/her application by clicking on this tab:

Enter ‘Application Id’, ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Captcha Code’ & click on ‘Search’

Apply Online Page

When user will click on this tab, it is redirected to SSO login page

Apply Online Page- SSO Login/Register

SSO login page- If you have SSO-ID & Password, enter it, & click login. If you don’t

have registered, then click on register button.

User can register by choosing any ID option-

SSO- Dashboard- Apps

After registration, user can login. After login, this screen will be displayed-

Click on citizen apps from left side menu bar->

Select ‘ITI APP' from the apps. Click it.

Next screen -> Sign UP Screen-> Sign-up as ‘Applicant’. Click on ‘Register’

Admission Form Page

आवेदक का नाम (Applicant's Name):*-> Enter your full name,

पिता का नाम (Father's Name):*-> Enter Father’s name

मााँ का नाम (Mother's Name):*-> Enter Mother’s name

ल िंग (Gender): *-> Enter Gender

जन्म की तारीख (Date of Birth):*-> Click on text box, calendar will open, select year from year

dropdown, select month from moth dropdown, then click on date. Complete DOB will show in

dd/mm/yyyy format.

ईमे (Email Address):-> Enter E-mail ID

मोबाइ निंबर (Mobile Number): *-> Enter valid Mobile Number for future contact & messages

श्रणेी ए (Category A): *-> Enter your category

* Marked fields are mandatory.

After filling all details, check all details, & click on ‘SUBMIT’, then ‘Confirm’

E-mitra Fee Payment

1. Online Payment

User can click on ‘Make Payment’ for online payment

Click on ‘Proceed’

2. Offline Payment

Click ‘Download Challan and kindly visit your nearest emitra counter to pay the Fee’ & download Challan for offline E-mitra payment

Application Form

Application Form- Personnel Details

After filling all details, click on ‘Save & Continue’, then ‘Confirm’

Application Form- Address Details

After filling all details, click on ‘Save & Continue’, then ‘Confirm’

Application Form- Qualification Details

After filling all details, click on ‘Save & Continue’, then ‘Confirm’

Application Form- Other Details

After filling all details, click on ‘Save & Continue’, then ‘Confirm’

Application Form- Document Upload

Choose file one by one, & click ‘upload’ for documents upload.

Application Form- Option Form

User can add more choices by clicking on ‘+Add Choice’ Button

After filling all details, click on ‘Save & Continue’, then ‘Confirm’

Application Form- Preview Form

Check your all details carefully in ‘Preview’ Page.

If you want to change any detail, then navigate to respective tab, change detail & click ‘Save

& Continue’ & click ‘Confirm’.

If all details are correct then tick checkbox in the last ‘Undertaking’ section & click on ‘Final

Lock & Submit’ to finally submit your application. After that, you cannot change any details, &

your complete form will be submitted.

Download Form

After locking, click on ‘Download Form’ to download finally submitted form. Save it for your

future reference.
