RPAA-82 PCBA is an industry-leading dual-concurrent Access Point reference board with 2 mini-PCI sockets designed specifically to simplify the development of high-end Access Point for enterprise and SMB market. RPAA-82 PCBA leverages Atheros AR7161 processor at 680MHz CPU clock cycle to deliver up to 600Mbps of TCP/IP throughputs in the combined 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz bands while providing enough processing power to address other enterprise-class applications.
Scalable architecture of dual-concurrent Access Point reference board with two Mini-PCI sockets for WiFi radio module, optional host USB 2.0, IEEE 802.3at (draft 3.0) high-powered PoE+ input, single 10/100/1000Mbps Gigabit Ethernet RJ-45 interface, up to MIMO 3x3 antennas architecture, and project-based hardware customization service allow customers to provide an application-specific platform at highest flexibility and get a jump-start on their next application design.
Along with best-in-class hardware support, Unex can provide a board support package (BSP) including redboot boot loader, gcc-3.4.4-2.16.1 tool chain, mips-Linux 2.6.15 kernel source, wifi driver, GNU-mips complier, assembler, linker, and other basic application sources (subject to Atheros sub-license agreement) allow customers to focus on high value tasks and advanced AP firmware features to rapidly create compelling new products that succeed in the marketplace.
▪ Compatible radio modules of 802.11n a/b/g 3x3 DNMA-83, 802.11n a/b/g 2x2 DNMA-92, 802.11n b/g 2x2 DNMA-91, high power 802.11 a/b/g CM10-H(MMCX), and high-power FCC 4.9GHz radio provide highest application flexibility to meet challenging RF environments in factories, warehouses, hospitals, and large retail establishments.
