Select from our wide range of tailored hospitality packages at top-class restaurants, lounges and private suites – all with stunning views of the racetrack. Get close to the racing action from Apron Views or Premium Seating as the horses thunder past or rub shoulders with the elite of the world’s racing community in the luxurious Meydan Grandstand suites.

Breakfast with the Stars

Join us for Breakfast with the Stars on the Apron at the Meydan Grandstand on Thursday March 28, 2013. Get close to the 2013 Dubai World Cup racing stars and enjoy an exciting morning featuring live commentary, entertainment, raffle draws, interviews with the trainers, owners and jockeys and a lavish breakfast buffet.

General AdmissionGeneral Admission will be charged at AED 25 per person for the public areas of the racecourse on Dubai World Cup day though children under 12-years of age will be admitted free. All General Admission tickets will be pre-sold from the Ticket Sales Office located at Ramp B – Meydan Grandstand from March 3, 2013.

No General Admission tickets will be available on Dubai World Cup Day.

This area gives access to a limited section within the Meydan Grandstand with a number of Grandstand seats available boasting excellent views. With sufficient room on the vast apron area between the track and the Grandstand, visitors on the sides of the apron can get a close view of the thoroughbreds in the Parade Ring, before and after the race.

A variety of food and beverage outlets are available in the food court area offering dining tables. All food and drinks on the premises must be bought from one of the outlets within the Meydan Grandstand. Visitors are not permitted to bring their own food and drinks. Admission gates open at 12:00pm.

Apron ViewsSituated between the track and the Meydan Grandstand, the expansive Apron will be home to the famous Bubble Lounge, and Irish Village catering to everyone’s fizzy favourites and hosting the Jaguar Style Stakes. We expect the 2013 Dubai World Cup ‘Best Dressed Lady’, ‘Best Dressed Man’, ‘Best Dressed Couple’, ‘Best Hat’, ‘Most Creative Hat’, and ‘Most Elegant Lady’ competitions to be fiercely contested and attract even more contestants as Dubai’s increasingly style conscious racegoers battle it out for the fantastic prizes on offer.

Registration forms will be available from the Jaguar Style Stakes Arena. Ensure you plan ahead of time as entries are limited.

A variety of food and beverages are readily available for sale on a cash basis in the food court, situated inside the Meydan Grandstand on the ground floor; the air-conditioned concourse provides a welcome respite for guests and there’s plenty of room to put your feet up with over 4,000 free Grandstand seats available for Apron Views ticket holders.

Guests can enter the Food Court area directly from the Apron. Guests are advised to bring sunscreen as this is an outdoor area.

Premium Seating 1(Inclusive of selected Food and Beverage)

The Premium Seating area is situated opposite the finish line and adjacent to the Parade Ring, offering stunning view of the horseracing, horses and entertainment planned for the Dubai World Cup opening ceremony. Guests can soak up the electric atmosphere in this outdoor area from the comfort of their own reserved numbered seats. Food and beverages are readily available from the inside area behind the seats. Guests can enjoy their food either inside with the comfort of air conditioning or outside at their seats in order not to miss the racing action.

This package is inclusive of selected beverages, soft drinks (excluding freshly squeezed fruit juices), afternoon tea and gourmet dinner snacks. Guests enter through Gate A and turn right - their badge will also allow them access to the Apron Views area and the Parade Ring Lawns. Each guest will have a unique seat number on their ticket and this will be their reserved seat for the entire day. This is an outdoor package and guests are encouraged to bring sunscreen.

Restaurant & Dining PackagesThe Meydan Grandstand comprises of two outstanding restaurants, the Parade Ring Lounge located on the Ground Floor and the Tiered Restaurant located on Level 2. With elegant and stylish décor, both restaurants welcome you into a relaxed ambience with lovely views of the racing action. Also on offer is the Meydan Terrace which offers a buffet dining experience for groups of 10, with its own private Grandstand seating.

Parade Ring LoungeLocated on the Ground Floor in the Meydan Grandstand this International Buffet restaurant offers close-up views of the thoroughbreds in the Parade Ring for their pre and post race parade. TV screens will be situated around the restaurant to ensure that guests don’t miss out on all the racing excitement. Guest can enjoy the outside excitement from the Parade Ring or the privacy of the restaurant.

The day will start with afternoon tea and follow through with an International Dinner Buffet which is inclusive of soft drinks and standard house beverages. A premium list will be available for anyone who wishes to purchase a bottle of Champagne on the day.

Guests for this area enter through Gate A, turn left and go down the escalators to the Ground Floor - their badge will also allow them access to the Apron Views area.

Tiered RestaurantFeaturing a glass fronted dining area, Meydan Grandstand’s signature restaurant spans across Levels 2 & 3, and is perfectly positioned to allow each table of the 4 tiers amazing views of the Meydan Racecourse whilst enjoying superior hospitality and privacy. Guest also gain access to the Parade Ring lawns allowing them close up views of the horses in the Parade Ring before the post time approaches.

The day will start with afternoon tea served at your own private reserved table and continue with a five course set menu which is inclusive of soft drinks and standard house beverages. A premium list will be available for anyone who wishes to purchase a bottle of Champagne on the day.

Guests for this package enter through Gate A and take the escalator up to Level 2 - their badge will also allow them access to the Apron Views area and the Parade Ring Lawns.

Meydan TerraceThis dining area is made up of corporate round tables for 10 exclusive people who have reserved them under company or family names for the day. Offering a wide selection of seating choices, Meydan Terrace also has its own free Grandstand seating area which stretches from the middle to the end of the Grandstand – allowing guests the opportunity to change locations through the day. With a seating capacity of approximately 1,700 people, this area also offers stunning views of the racetrack and exhilarating horseracing. The day will start with afternoon tea followed by an International Dinner Buffet which is inclusive of soft drinks and standard house beverages. A premium list will be available for anyone who wishes to purchase a bottle of Champagne on the day.

Guests for this package enter through Gate C and take the escalator to Level 2 - their badge will also allow them access to the Apron Views area and Parade Ring Lawns.

Meydan Terrace PreferredThis dining area is made up of corporate round tables for 10 exclusive people who have reserved them under company or family names for the day. Offering a wide selection of seating choices, Meydan Terrace Preferred also has its own free Grandstand seating exclusive for the Meydan Terrace Preferred Patrons. With a seating capacity of 390 people, this area also offers stunning views of the racetrack and exhilarating horseracing.

The day will start with afternoon tea followed by an International Dinner Buffet which is inclusive of soft drinks and standard house beverages. A premium list will be available for anyone who wishes to purchase a bottle of Champagne on the day.

First Class LoungeThe First Class Lounge is the perfect choice for a stylish Dubai World Cup experience boasting an exclusive lounge & bar, outside terrace and track facing balcony, on the 3rd Floor of the magnificent Meydan Grandstand. Being situated on the final bend of the track, guests can watch the horses thunder past on their way to the finish line.

Enjoy the delights of afternoon tea and a gourmet International buffet served throughout the day together with standard house beverages. The lounge seating is not reserved allowing guests the opportunity to change locations throughout the day. A premium beverage list is available for anyone who wishes to purchase champagne on the day.

Guests for this area enter through Gate A, take the lift or escalator to Level 3 of the Meydan Grandstand and their badge will also allow them access to the Apron Views area and the Parade Ring Lawns.

Hospitality Suites available on: Level 3, 4, 5 , 6 & 7 The Meydan Grandstand, home to no less than 72 luxurious hospitality suites, is the ideal location for entertaining guests – spectacular views, racing excitement and fine food.Measuring between 50 square meters to 415 square meters, the suites can cater for 10 to 500 people and are located on Levels 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. Combining luxury and elegance, suites on Levels 3, 4 and 5 boast their own private terrace seating areas and suites on Levels 6 and 7 have their own private balcony area, allowing guests to marvel at the breath-taking views of the Meydan Racecourse and horseracing action.

Dedicated service staff will cater to you and your guests throughout the evening with an array of food served from your private International Buffet station. Afternoon tea, soft drinks

and standard house beverages are inclusive in the package and are served from the purpose designed bar area within the suite. All suites are interconnected and can be joined to facilitate larger groups or to give additional space for exclusive gatherings. TransportationTaxisThe Dubai Transport Company operates a taxi service from Meydan Grandstand and Racecourse. The taxi drop off and pick up point is located outside the Meydan Grandstand at Gate B.

Car HireCars for hire are available and the rental company will arrange temporary local driving licenses for visitors. Renters must produce their passport, two photographs and either a valid international license or national license from most developed countries. Driving in Dubai, the UAE and the Middle East is on the right-hand-side of the road. Selected car rental companies are listed below:

Dress CodeThe dress code for the general admission area is casual attire. Smart attire is required of those entering the Meydan Grandstand hospitality area. Women are encouraged to wear hats and racewear, though it is optional. Jeans, t-shirts, trainers, flip-flops and shorts are strictly prohibited in the Meydan Grandstand.

Frequently Asked Questions What time do the gates open?Public Gates for General Admission open from 12:00pm and Hospitality Gates open at 2:00pm.

What are the Hospitality Package timings?The Hospitality and beverage package timing is from 2:00pm – 11:30pm. Afternoon Tea will be served from 3:00pm – 5:00pm, followed by dinner which will be served between 6:00pm – 7:00pm until 10:00pm. The desserts will be available on the buffet counters for longer. Please note that the last order for beverages will be taken at 11:30pm.

What is the Dubai Racing Club children’s policy?Young children 4 years and below in pushchairs or strollers will not be permitted entry into the Meydan Grandstand, hospitality facilities at the Meydan Racecourse and Apron Views, excluding the Meydan Hotel and General Admission enclosure. All children above the age of 4 will require a badge/ticket to enter any hospitality area by purchasing a full priced ticket. Children 12 years and under will gain free entry to the General Admission area.

Collection:Your badges/tickets will be ready for collection from the Ticket Sales Office prior to the entrances and in between Gates B&C of the Meydan Grandstand from the 3rd - 29th March 2013. Badges & Tickets can only be collected on presentation of the booking confirmation email.

Ticket Sales OfficeThe Ticket Sales Office is open from Sundays to Thursdays, 8am-8pm and on a weekend day if it is a raceday, until March 29, 2013 and is located prior to the entrances and in between Gates B & C of the Meydan Grandstand. The ticket sales office will be closed on official holidays.

Badges for Dubai World Cup will be available for collection from 3rd – 29th March 2013 only and badges must be collected and signed for from the Ticket Sales Office at Meydan Racecourse. There will be no badge collections on Saturday March 30, 2013 (Dubai World Cup day). For all badge enquiries, please call the Ticket Sales Office on +971 4 327 2110.

Cancellation Policy• Cancellation in writing on or before 30th November 2012 50% refund• Cancellation on or after 1st December 2012 – No Refund• The Organisers reserve the right to postpone the 2013 Dubai World Cup and in the

event of postponement the booking will be transferred to the new date.

Distribution PolicyNo badge collection facility on Saturday 30th March 2013 (Dubai World Cup Day)

• Badges will be available for collection from 3rd – 29th March 2013 only, and badges must be collected and signed for from the Ticket Sales Office at Meydan Racecourse, located prior to the entrances and in between Gates B & C of the Meydan Grandstand.

• The Organiser will not be responsible for delivery to local hotels and reserves the right, if a hotel delivery address is given, not to deliver the ticket and hold it for collection.

Terms & Conditions• In these terms and conditions, the expression

“Patron” means person, company or body making the application and includes all employees or agents of such. The “Organiser” means Dubai Racing Club.

• Payment in full must be made at the time of booking. Badges and event documentation will not be issued until the full payment has been received.

• Payments must be paid in UAE Dirhams by UAE Company Cheque or Banker’s Draft made payable to “Dubai Racing Club” or by credit card (MasterCard or Visa only).

• A receipt will be issued once payment is received, unless an electronic receipt is generated at the time of booking.

• There will be no re-issue of badges lost or stolen after collection or delivery.

• The Organiser will not admit the bearer of badges purchased from an unauthorised source and reserves the right to refuse admission to the racecourse and hospitality areas.

• No food or drink may be brought into the hospitality enclosures.

• The Organiser shall not be responsible for loss or damage to any buildings, structures, fixtures and fittings therein or any other property situated, howsoever caused, arising out of or connected with the activities of the Patron, its employees, agents, staff, guests or contractors and the Patron shall indemnify and hold Organiser harmless against any such loss or damage.

• The Organiser shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss to any property of the Patron, its employees, agents, staff, guests and contractors howsoever such loss or damage is caused and whether or not due to the negligence of any servant, agent, staff, guest or contractor of the Organiser.

• The Patron is wholly responsible for the conduct of its guests,employees, agents, staff, and its contractors and accepts that the Organiser may require any of the aforementioned whose conduct is likely or is considered likely to cause damage to any building, its fixtures or contents, or any other property within the relevant areas or the racecourse to leave or to be removed from the relevant area and the racecourse.

• The Patron shall be liable to the Organiser for any charges in respect of breakages, damage and cleaning costs which are considered by the Organiser to be excessive.

• The Patron acknowledges hiring of any hospitality facility is for entertaining purposes only. Company branding and marketing is not permitted except where stipulated and included in the package. Signage will be limited to the standard signage provided by the Organiser. This is the only additional external signage and branding permitted by the Organiser. Banners, flags and decorated entrance arches will not be permitted and any branded items on display that have not been approved in advance by the Organiser will be removed.

• No product sampling or any other publicity or promotional activity is permitted unless written permission is obtained in advance from the Organiser.

• The Organiser will appoint a caterer for all private entertaining facilities and public hospitality areas and the Patron agrees to the menus provided by the caterer direct to the Patron.

• Nothing herein gives the patron any right, title or interest in any mark logo or other intellectual property of the Organiser and gives no right to the patron to use the same at any time.

• The Patron acknowledges that by making an application for tickets it is bound by each and every provision of these terms and conditions.

• The Organiser reserves the right to alter, add to, or amend any of these Conditions and the decision of the Organiser shall be in that respect final.

• The booking form must be signed by the Patron or in the case of payment by credit card, the cardholder.

• All Patrons are permitted to use their facility only on race day for which they have paid.
