Decoration : Due to the event’s theme, we plan to decorate the ballroom

with flowers and also dominated by nature colours (dominated by green and

yellow), without adding too much ornaments, to keep the decoration as

simple as well. Besides that, we keep the setting of the room in elegant look

consider that the target market of the product is from A & B class, which are



included in high end-user. To support the information of the product, there

will be X banners and also product displays.

We choose Shangri-La Hotel as the event venue because it is a well-known

hotel which has a great place and service but the price is still reasonable.

Besides, the design of its ballroom is elegant which appropriate with the high



end user style. Though the press conference and launching event will be held

at different time, but both press conference and launching event will be held

in the same ballroom to maximize the time and minimize the budget.

Therefore, there are not too much differences of the design at press

conference and launching.

NEW AIR FRESHENER FROM FRAGRANCY

Fragrancy Corporation, Japan based household products manufacturer, has

just launched Xfresh, the new air freshener, at Shangri-la hotel today.

Fragrancy Corporation officially announces to the public that Xfresh is anenvironmentally friendly air freshener which safe to be used either by human

or also the environment. The announcement was made at Shangri-la hotel

today, following several negotiations with Johnson & Son Inc.

Sophie, the Chairman of Fragrancy Corporation Indonesia, said “I always

believe that if we say we care to our environment, then we have to start

from now on to attend and protect it, even from the small thing. Hence, we

produced Xfresh not only to fulfill our public’s needs, but also the

environment’s needs”. She added: “Both public and environment have a

right to get the best from us”.

Xfresh is new product from Fragrancy Corporation which intentionally

designed as environmentally friendly air freshener. It has two fresh

fragrances, lemon and jasmine. The packaging itself is made from coconut

shell, and especially for the refill, the packaging is made from paper,

therefore both of the packaging are safe to be used and able to be recycled.

Fragrancy Corporation is a well-established household products

manufacturer with headquarter in Osaka, Japan. Fragrancy Corporation isalways equipped and advanced with the newest technology machines to

maintain the quality of the products. Fragrancy Corporation’s ranges of

products include brands such as Royal Body Shop, Blink Shampoo, Freeze

Tooth Paste, Fantasy Air Fresheners, Fruity Air Freshener and lately is Xfresh
