Recipe Linguine with garlic butter prawns

1. 200g linguine 2. 2-3 fat garlic clove, finely chopped 3. 50g butter 4. 175g pack raw shelled king prawn, de- veined and split in half lengthways 5. finely grated zest 1 lemon, then cut the l lemon into wedges 6. small pack parsley, chopped

METHOD Boil the pasta following pack instructions. Meanwhile, very gently cook the garlic in the butter in a medium pan until softened. Add the prawns and cook until they just turn from grey to pink. It is important not to overcook them or they will be tough. Remove from the heat and stir in the zest and seasoning. Drain the pasta and toss into the pan with the prawn mixture and parsley until well mixed. Divide between two bowls and serve with the lemon wedges.

Like most things in business, trust is important to people and doing business with someone they can rely upon. Buying and selling a home is a very big deal for most people so they need to have confidence in their Agent. “People come and go in this industry, but if you’ve been around for a while you build up a credibility and a huge part of my business now comes from referrals and repeat business, I take that trust very seriously.” Lisa began her Real Estate career as a Property Manager then moving into Sales seemed to be the natural progression for her career. Lisa has been in the Real Estate industry for 11 years and believes people rely on her local knowledge and trust that they are dealing with a true property professional.
