Identifies current and future opportunities Participates in concept development and chartering Provides project requirements and funding Provides project team with resources Implements any process-related business changes Specifies service level agreements Helps update user documentation and training materials Reviews and signoffs on project deliverables Prioritizes change requests
Process & Technology Group (PTG) The PTGs have responsibility for
managing and coordinating overall development and implementation. As issues come up, business partners will interact directly with resources in ITS, but their PTG representatives will remain their primary contact.
Information Technology Services Information Technology Services (ITS)(ITS)
Provides Ford Motor Company with world-class services for IT Solution Development, Deployment, and ongoing Management.
